We are searching for a Project Manager for ICN Development as they are looking to expand their project management team in Luxembourg.

He/she will have close contact with a variety of stakeholders such as architects, contractors, spatial planning departments, notaries, brokers and other external parties. He/she will have to keep close track of deadlines and budgets and will make sure projects are finalized within set targets.


Major responsibilities:

 

The responsibilities will mainly include, yet not be limited to:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the entire development process to ensure projects are run as optimally as possible,
  • Discussing the objectives and conditions of different projects,
  • Evaluating price offers in a critical but business-oriented way,
  • Maintaining contact with different external parties,
  • Discussing the budgets and other financial topics with the financial and commercial manager,
  • Preparing and discussing the sales file with the sales manager.

 

Profile requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Architecture or Engineering, or a proven track record in Real Estate Development,
  • A thorough understanding of the design and construction of buildings and the ability to evaluate various sketch proposals within a short timeframe,
  • Excellent knowledge of project-based work or relevant experience as a project leader,
  • Fluency in French & English, knowledge of any other languages, in particular Dutch or German is an asset,
  • Positive, proactive and problem-solving attitude,
  • Structured approach to meeting targets within deadlines,
  • Independent with sense of initiative, but also a team player, who can listen to others,
  • Flexible, no-nonsense and down to earth.
